marketing, social media, and photography who wants to sharpen their skills in a professional setting.
Position Details:
- Title: Marketing & Social Media Intern
- Hours: 5–10 hours per week (flexible schedule)
- Compensation: Paid hourly
- Location: Columbia, MO
- Duration: Semester-long, with the potential to extend
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and growing our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,
etc.).
- Create engaging content, including posts, stories, graphics, and short videos.
- Capture high-quality photographs of projects, events, and team activities for use on social
media and marketing materials.
- Monitor trends and suggest innovative strategies to enhance our online presence.
- Collaborate with our team on marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives.
- Track social media analytics and provide insights for performance improvements.
Requirements:
- Must be a current college student majoring in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Social media savvy with a strong understanding of platforms and trends.
- Basic photography skills with the ability to capture compelling visuals.
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation for occasional on-site content creation, including photography.
- Highly motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
